Privacy Policy
Tooloo is designed to keep processing in your browser whenever possible. This policy explains what stays on your device and what must be sent for an external lookup.

Scope
This policy applies to Tooloo. The Tooloo website operator handles the data and privacy requests described here.
Browser-side processing
Most tools process input and calculations in browser memory. Tooloo does not upload that input or require an account. Temporary results generally disappear when you close or refresh the page.
Features that contact external hosts
Some network, server, and URL tools must contact a public host to perform DNS, TLS, HTTP, or domain lookups. When you use one, the domain or URL you enter is sent to Tooloo's isolated service, which performs the lookup on your behalf. The page explains this before the request is made.
These lookups do not execute the target site's JavaScript or forward your cookies, authorization headers, or private network address.
Contact form
When you report a bug, request a tool or send feedback, we store your category, email, message, optional name and page URL, language, processing status and submission time in our database to respond, investigate issues and track requests. Closing the page does not delete these records.
An email and message are required to submit the form. Do not include passwords, identity numbers, payment card details, private access links or unnecessary personal information about others.
Server processing, short links and connection data
Features requiring server processing send the necessary input to the service. Creating a short link requires storing its destination and code mapping to support redirects; these are not temporary records that disappear when the page closes. Do not submit URLs containing passwords or private tokens.
Servers and hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times, paths, browser information and error records to deliver the service, maintain security and investigate failures. The contact endpoint also uses connection addresses for rate limiting, separately from the contact records in the database.
Cookies and device storage
Cookies are small pieces of data stored in a browser. Similar technologies include local and session storage. Temporary tool data in memory and downloaded files are distinct from cookies.
You can manage cookies and site data through your browser. Clearing browser data does not delete contact messages or short links already stored on the server.
Retention, recipients and security
Browser memory generally clears when you refresh or close the page; you manage downloaded files yourself. Contact records currently have no fixed automatic deletion period. You may request deletion through the contact page. Short-link records are retained to operate redirects.
Hosting, database and other technical providers may process data needed to provide the service. Necessary data may also be disclosed in response to valid legal requirements or security incidents. Processing locations depend on the providers used and may be outside your country or region.
Input validation and request limits help reduce abuse, but transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed absolutely secure. Submit only information needed to address your request.
Your rights and how to contact us
Use the contact link below to request access, correction, deletion or other privacy assistance. We may need to verify your connection to the data and respond according to applicable law and the records actually held. If legal or security needs prevent full deletion, we will explain why.
Describe your request and the email originally used; do not attach passwords or identity documents. The contact form stores this request as well. We cannot access or delete tool inputs that were processed only in your browser and never submitted.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when Tooloo's data handling or features change materially. Review the feature notice before using a tool that contacts an external host.
